A shot refers to an action in which a player directs the ball toward the opponent’s goal with the intention of scoring.
Goal - When the shot crosses the opposition’s goal line.
Shot On Target - A shot that either results in a goal or is saved by the goalkeeper or last defender, with the ball directed towards the goal frame (excluding cases where it hits the goal frame).
Shot Off Target - A shot directed outside the goal frame and goes out of bounds over the goal line without contact from another player.
Blocked Shot - A shot that is deflected by field players, resulting in the ball either going out of the bounds over the sideline or remaining in play.
Shooting Accuracy - A proportion of shots on target relative to the total number of shot attempts.
Shot Inside the Penalty Area - A shot attempted from inside the penalty area.
Shot Outside the Penalty Area - A shot attempted from outside the penalty area.
Set Piece Sequence - A shot attempted from set piece sequence.
Open Play - A shot attempted from open play sequence.
xG(Expected Goals) represents to the probability that a specific shot attempt will result in a goal. The xG value is determined by various factors such as shooting location, angle, and preceding passes. The metric ranges from a minimum of 0 to a maximum of 1, with values closer to 1 indicating a higher likelihood of scoring.
A pass refers to an action in which a player in possession intentionally attempts to transfer control of the ball to a teammate.
Pass Succeeded - A pass in which a player in possession intentionally attempts to transfer control of the ball to a teammate has been successfully completed.
Pass Failed - A pass in which a player in possession intentionally attempts to transfer control of the ball to a teammate has not been successfully completed.
Pass Accuracy - A proportion of successful passes relative to the total number of pass attempts.
Final Third Area Pass - A pass started in the most offensive pitch area, based on where the goal you are attacking is, when the pitch is divided into three equal parts.
Middle Third Area Pass - A pass started on the middle area which is the central area of the pitch when divided into three equal parts.
Defensive Third Area Pass - A pass started in the defensive area which is your goalkeeper’s side of the pitch when divided into three equal parts.
Short Pass - A pass shorter than 15m.
Medium Range Pass - A pass equal or longer than 15m, and shorter than 30m.
Long Pass - A pass equal or longer than 30m.
Forward Pass - A pass played within 120 degrees forwards.
Sideways Pass - A pass played within 60 degrees towards both sides.
Backward Pass - A pass played within 120 degrees backward.
A pass received refers to successfully receiving a pass from a teammate and maintaining possession of the ball.
An assist refers to a final pass or cross that leads to a goal. There can be additional situations registered as assists depending on the competition teams are playing in.

A cross refers to a lateral pass delivered from a wide area toward the space in front of the opponent’s goal.
Cross Succeeded - When a player successfully delivers the ball usually from a wide position into a dangerous area to provide a goal-scoring opportunity for a teammate. Registered as a success when the receiving player is able to touch the ball. This includes corner and free-kick deliveries.
Cross Failed - When a player attempts to deliver the ball into a dangerous area but it was off target or prevented by the opposition. Registered as a failure when the receiving player is not able to touch the ball. This includes corner and free-kick deliveries.
Cross Accuracy - A proportion of successful crosses relative to the total number of cross attempts.
A mistake refers to a situation in which a player loses possession of the ball due to his or her own mistake while in possession or while attempting to gain possession.
A take-on refers to an action in which a player in possession challenges a defender within their defensive range, attempting to bypass the opponent and continue the attack.
Take-on Succeeded - A player in possession has been able to take the ball past an opposing player in a 1v1 situation, maintaining control of the ball thereafter.
Take-on Failed - A player in possession was unable to take the ball past the opposition player in a 1v1 situation or if the player in possession takes the ball past the opposing player but does not maintain control of the ball thereafter.
Take-on Accuracy - A proportion of successful take-on relative to the total number of take-on attempts.
A step-in refers to a player in possession intentionally attempting to breach the opposition’s team shape by bypassing one or more opposing players while carrying the ball.
A penetration refers to an action in which a team progresses forward by breaking through the opponent’s unit.
Penetration Succeeded - A forward action aimed at breaking through the opponent’s unit has been successfully completed.
