Tiro

Tiro a puerta

Un tiro que da lugar a un gol o es atajado por el portero o el último defensor, con el balón dirigido hacia el marco de la portería (excluidos los casos en que golpea el marco de la portería).

Tiro desviado

A shot directed outside the goal frame and goes out of bounds over the goal line without contact from another player.

Tiro bloqueado

A shot that is deflected by filed players, resulting in the ball either going out of the bounds over the sideline or remaining in play.

Tiro de baja calidad

A shot that the impact is incorrect or ineffective, resulting in the ball either being out of play over the sideline or having no effect on the play.

Salida del portero

A shot that is blocked by the goalkeeper at very close range immediately after shot is taken, often resulting in the ball’s trajectory being altered or becoming unpredictable.

Tiro respecto a cuerpo

The body part of shot that has been taken i.e. right foot, left foot, head, upper body, lower body.

Pase

Pase con éxito

When a player delivers the ball to a teammate without being intercepted by an opponent.

Pase fallido

When a player attempts to deliver the ball to a teammate, but does not complete it.

Pase recibido

Pass received means successfully receiving a pass from a teammate and maintaining possession of the ball.

Distancia

Pase corto - A pass shorter than 15m.

Pase medio - A pass equal or longer than 15m, and shorter than 30m.

Pase largo - A pass equal or longer than 30m.

Area

Pase en zona de finalización - A pass started in the most offensive pitch area, based on where the goal you are attacking is, when the pitch is divided into three equal parts.

Pase en zona media- A pass started on the middle area which is the central area of the pitch when divided into three equal parts.

Pase en zona defensiva - A pass started in the defensive area which is your goalkeeper’s side of the pitch when divided into three equal parts.

Dirección

Forward pass - A pass played within 120 degrees forwards.

Sideways pass - A pass played within 60 degrees towards both sides.

Backward pass - A pass played within 120 degrees backward.

Pase clave

Cualquier pase final o centro que conlleve a un tiro.

Asistencia

A final pass or cross that leads to a goal. There can be additional situations registered as assists depending on the competition teams are playing in.


Centro

Centro con éxito

When a player successfully delivers the ball usually from a wide position into a dangerous area to provide a goal-scoring opportunity for a teammate. Registered as a success when the receiving player is able to touch the ball. This includes corner and free-kick deliveries.

Centro fallido

When a player attempts to deliver the ball into a dangerous area but it was off target or prevented by the opposition. Registered as a failure when the receiving player is not able to touch the ball. This includes corner and free-kick deliveries.


Take-on

Take-on Succeeded

A player in possession has been able to take the ball past an opposing player in a 1v1 situation, maintaining control of the ball thereafter.

Take-on Failed

A player in possession was unable to take the ball past the opposition player in a 1v1 situation or if the player in possession takes the ball past the opposing player but does not maintain control of the ball thereafter.

Step-in

A player in possession attempts to breach the opposition team shape by intentionally bypassing one or more opposition players whilst carrying the ball.
